Philosophy: To provide the frail and/or handicapped person the autonomy and support necessary to attain and maintain the psychosocial well being.

 

The Golden Horizons Assisted Living Community is semi-independent living in a private efficiency apartment. Each apartment has a private bathroom with shower plus ample living space which includes an area to put a microwave and small apartment-sized refridgerator.


Basic Services Include:


- Three nutritional home-cooked meals
- Once a week laundry/bi-weekly linen service
- Once a week house cleaning
- 24 hour attendant for your safety and security
- Life Line call system
- Planned activities and outings
- Mail pick up and delivery
- Utilities
- Scheduled transportation for in-town medical or social service appointments from 8am-3pm.
